An experienced Senior HR Operations Executive is sought to join an automotive company in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. This role suits a UAE-based HR professional with a proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration who takes pride in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through to hiring.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for all new joiners.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and identify process improvements.
- Deliver comprehensive HR administrative support across all departments.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts and related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and internal company policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, minimum 4 years of UAE HR operations experience, strong organisational and communication skills.
