Store Manager (Women’s Fashion Retail)

A women’s fashion retail store at Al Khiran Mall is looking for a seasoned, motivated Store Manager to take charge of its retail operations. If you’ve got a strong fashion retail background and love leading teams to hit — and beat — their targets, this could be your next long-term move.

You’ll be the driving force behind the store’s day-to-day success: coaching your team, keeping customers happy, and making sure the shop floor always reflects the brand at its best.

What you’ll be doing

• Running the day-to-day operations of the store
• Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team toward shared goals
• Delivering standout customer service and keeping satisfaction high
• Tracking sales performance and rolling out strategies to hit store targets
• Managing inventory, stock control, and product availability
• Making sure visual merchandising and store presentation match brand standards

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of retail experience
• Proven experience managing a fashion or women’s apparel store
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• A track record of hitting sales targets and managing store performance
