Abu Dhabi Catering and Services (ADCS) is looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee store operations within its catering and food service division. A solid fit for professionals with a background in inventory management, warehouse operations, and food storage practices.
You’ll play a key role in keeping stock accurate, maintaining food safety standards, and managing the efficient movement and storage of inventory. If you bring relevant catering industry experience and are ready for the next step in your career, this role is worth a look.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store and warehouse operations efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Manage dry, chilled, and frozen storage areas per company standards
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO principles
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support operational needs
- Maintain compliance with food safety and storage regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor in the catering industry
- Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and food safety standards
- Experience managing dry, chilled, and frozen stores
- Strong inventory control and stock management skills
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
