This role suits people who enjoy building relationships and generating sales, and who want to help businesses find effective workforce solutions through outbound calls and strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the company’s HR solutions and services
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workforce solutions
- Follow up on leads and support the sales process from inquiry to conversion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Own Visa or Freelance Visa required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Able to build rapport with clients and manage multiple leads effectively
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
