ACT Hotel & 72 Hotel are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress to join their hospitality team in Sharjah, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a welcoming hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve meals in a timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly prepared before and after service.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the dining area.
• Follow hotel service standards and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Available to join immediately.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
