Job Description
Responsible for maintaining all statutory accounts
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update billing and receivables, through timely inflow and outflow of payments and issue invoices
Handling vendor payments and utility payments.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations bank accounts.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Assist senior accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings and prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Qualification & other requirements
B.Com Graduate.
Only Female candidates need to apply.
Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience in accounting.
Proficient in MS Office
