Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage records and files.
- Prepare relevant reports as needed.
- Provide general data entry support and MIS.
- Keep information confidential
- Answer the questions for information and access the relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and eliminate any glitches.
Job Requirements:
- Expert in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiar with administrative duties
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Strong focus on detail
- Organizational skills, with the ability to focus on assigned tasks
- Excellent mutual and organizational skills
- Fluency in English is required.
