Receptionist / Admin Assistant Walk-in Interview in Dubai. We are hiring a female receptionist/admin assistant to join our team as soon as possible. Freshers are also welcome to apply.


  • Organize and manage records and files.
  • Prepare relevant reports as needed.
  • Provide general data entry support and MIS.
  • Keep information confidential
  • Answer the questions for information and access the relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and eliminate any glitches.

Job Requirements:

  • Expert in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Familiar with administrative duties
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Strong focus on detail
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to focus on assigned tasks
  • Excellent mutual and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is required.
