Team Leader Banking Walk-in Interviews in Dubai

Walk-in interview for a very well known and reputed bank. Please note that UAE banking experience is required. We are looking for a capable team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and encouraging team members on a daily basis.

As a team leader, you will be the point of contact for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You must also be able to work actively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you need to be guided by setting a good example and involving the team in achieving the goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals. Assign tasks and set deadlines.
• Monitor daily operations.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Encourage team members.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or disputes.
• Recognize high performance and reward achievements.
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
• Suggest and organize team-building activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance matrix
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational and time management skills
• Decision-making skills
