The new law on labor will take force on February 2nd, 2022. Under the law, employees employed in the private sector can be granted time-limited, temporary, and flexible work contracts.
Part-time work schemes allow participants to join multiple employers for a specified amount of time or a certain number of days, either remotely or on-site, as defined in the contract.
However, to prevent employees’ burnout and employers using their human resources, The law sets the minimum requirement of an average of 144 working hours over three weeks.
