Accounts / Finance Executive

ZAPS Group is expanding its Dubai finance department and is looking for a dedicated Accounts / Finance Executive to join the team. If you’ve got solid accounting knowledge and thrive managing financial operations in a fast-paced business, this role fits well.

You’ll keep financial records accurate, stay on top of VAT compliance, manage cash flow activities, and prepare the reports that keep the business running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documentation
• Managing day-to-day accounting transactions and reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations and reporting requirements
• Monitoring cash flow and assisting with financial reporting
• Preparing reports using Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel
• Supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end activities

What you’ll bring

• A minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT compliance
• Experience with Zoho Books and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
