Purchase Officer

LOTSCHBERG General Contracting LLC (LGCC) urgently needs a qualified Purchase Officer for its Abu Dhabi office. If you’ve worked procurement in construction or infrastructure and know how to manage supplier relationships efficiently, this role is built for you.

You’ll source construction materials, negotiate with vendors, and keep procurement running smoothly so ongoing projects get what they need, when they need it — all while keeping meticulous records along the way.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing procurement activities for construction and infrastructure projects
• Sourcing materials and obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers
• Negotiating pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with vendors
• Maintaining strong supplier relationships and evaluating vendor performance
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure materials arrive on time
• Keeping accurate purchasing records and ensuring compliance with company procedures

What you’ll bring

• Up to 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure procurement
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of construction materials
• Availability to join immediately is preferred
• Candidates already based in Abu Dhabi have an advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field
