    • Handling day-to-day administrative activities. • Provide support to Project Managers in the preparation and compilation of various project documents. • Responsible for processing monthly payroll & Utility bills. • Responsible for issuing Quotation, Invoice & LPO to clients and suppliers. • Accounts reconciliation. • Posted transactions to journals, ledgers and other records. • Record & Monitor all payments and prepare monthly reports.
