The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting reporting activities, ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, and assisting management with key accounting functions. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of accounting transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with periodic financial analysis.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Support compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain organized accounting documentation.
- Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to manage financial data efficiently.
- Assist management with budgeting, reporting, and finance-related tasks.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and adherence to company accounting procedures.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting and financial reporting is required.
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
- Malayalam communication skills will be an advantage for daily team coordination.
