Sundus Global is hiring an Assistant Travel Professional on behalf of one of its clients in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting travel coordination and booking activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and local transportation.
- Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to obtain quotations and confirm bookings.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and maintain updated booking records.
- Support visa documentation and other travel-related administrative activities.
- Handle travel modifications, cancellations, and urgent travel requests efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years experience in travel coordination or administration.
- Corporate or institutional travel experience preferred.
- Travel or Tourism Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
