Sundus Global is hiring an Assistant Travel Professional on behalf of one of its clients in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting travel coordination and booking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and local transportation.
  • Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to obtain quotations and confirm bookings.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and maintain updated booking records.
  • Support visa documentation and other travel-related administrative activities.
  • Handle travel modifications, cancellations, and urgent travel requests efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in travel coordination or administration.
  • Corporate or institutional travel experience preferred.
  • Travel or Tourism Certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
