QLABS Clinical Laboratory
A clinical laboratory that recently expanded its Dubai facility is looking for an experienced Clinical Pathologist to help lead its lab operations. This is a strong fit for a quality-focused professional who cares about laboratory excellence, clinical leadership, and continuous improvement at a growing diagnostics organization. You’ll guide day-to-day lab activity, support accreditation, and help keep patient care standards high.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical leadership across lab operations
- Oversee daily laboratory activities for smooth workflow
- Ensure lab results are accurate, timely, and reliable
- Support accreditation preparation and quality initiatives
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Lead internal audits and continuous improvement programs
- Mentor and guide lab staff toward operational excellence
- Track lab performance and roll out best practices
- Act as the go-to medical and quality resource for the lab
- Partner with management on organizational goals
Requirements
- DHA eligibility (required)
- UAE clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong background in clinical pathology and lab medicine
- Solid leadership and team management ability
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to quality assurance and patient safety
- Comfortable in a fast-paced diagnostic setting
- Working knowledge of clinical pathology workflows, ISO 15189/CAP/EIAC/DHA compliance, and lab accreditation and audits
