Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the assigned subject and curriculum
- Build a positive, inclusive, student-centered classroom
- Assess student work and give constructive feedback
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and exams
- Track student progress and keep academic records up to date
- Encourage critical thinking and active participation
- Work closely with fellow teachers and school leadership
- Take part in school events, meetings, and professional development
- Support classroom discipline and school policy
- Communicate with parents on student progress as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a B.Ed. qualification (required)
- Previous teaching experience at a school in Dubai
- Strong classroom management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in teaching and student development
- Comfortable working as part of a school team
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with subject curriculum, classroom management techniques, and MS Office / ed-tech tools
