Gravitas Recruitment Group, an internationally recognized specialist recruitment firm operating across Technology, Insurance, and Banking, is looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow its Dubai operations.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with 5–10 years of recruitment or business leadership experience, ready to shape the company’s UAE presence, develop the local team, and drive commercial performance in one of the region’s most dynamic markets.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop Gravitas’ Dubai operations, driving revenue growth and business performance
- Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team across the UAE market
- Develop and execute the country’s commercial strategy in line with regional and global objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Technology, Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion in the UAE
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and delivery quality across all recruitment activities
- Report to regional leadership and contribute to group-wide strategy
What you’ll bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in specialist recruitment, business development, or commercial leadership
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market, ideally across Technology, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a country-level operation
