Job Description:

We’re Hiring: Customer Relations Executive (Telecalling)
Are you confident over the phone and passionate about delivering great customer experiences? CarMate, a fast-growing name in the automotive sector, is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and handle inbound inquiries professionally
• Address client queries and concerns with a customer-first mindset
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain engagement
• Keep detailed records of conversations and update CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or client handling
• Fluent in English (well-spoken and clear communication is a must)
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• A polite, confident, and positive phone presence
• Experience in the automotive or service industry is an advantage
