Medon Group of Pharmacies is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support its e-commerce platforms, including Medon Online and 800 Pharma. A great fit for fresh graduates who love helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email and live chat
  • Help customers with online orders, delivery updates and product questions
  • Resolve concerns promptly while staying professional and courteous
  • Share accurate info on products, services and order status
  • Keep response times fast and the customer experience smooth
  • Log customer interactions accurately and follow up when needed
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates welcome; retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Comfortable with computers, smartphones and messaging apps
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage
  • Friendly, patient, customer-oriented personality
  • Quick learner with solid teamwork and problem-solving skills
