Medon Group of Pharmacies is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support its e-commerce platforms, including Medon Online and 800 Pharma. A great fit for fresh graduates who love helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email and live chat
- Help customers with online orders, delivery updates and product questions
- Resolve concerns promptly while staying professional and courteous
- Share accurate info on products, services and order status
- Keep response times fast and the customer experience smooth
- Log customer interactions accurately and follow up when needed
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduates welcome; retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Comfortable with computers, smartphones and messaging apps
- Good spoken and written English
- Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage
- Friendly, patient, customer-oriented personality
- Quick learner with solid teamwork and problem-solving skills
