Delta Institutions in Dubai is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to deliver hands-on, offline training sessions to students. This is an ideal role for a performance marketing specialist who enjoys sharing real-world knowledge and helping the next generation of digital marketers develop industry-ready skills in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured offline digital marketing training sessions in Dubai.
• Mentor students using practical, real-world performance marketing strategies.
• Provide in-depth guidance on campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
• Support students in building confidence and competence across core digital marketing disciplines.
• Foster an engaging, interactive, and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of SEO, WordPress, Social Media management, and Analytics.
• Confident and effective trainer; able to communicate complex topics clearly to beginner-to-intermediate audiences.
