Azizi Developments is expanding its Facilities Management team across the UAE and looking for skilled technical professionals to join its operations. Seven positions are open across engineering, landscaping, MEP, and technical services.
You’ll ensure efficient maintenance and smooth facility operations, applying technical expertise across your assigned area in a professional real estate and property management environment. UAE/GCC experience is mandatory; immediate availability preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Perform technical and maintenance activities according to your assigned role
- Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and servicing of facilities and equipment
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain quality and safety standards across all facility management activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth, timely delivery of services
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
What you’ll bring:
- Relevant UAE/GCC experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or technical services (mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the applied position
- Immediate availability preferred
