Head Baker

A growing UAE catering company is looking for a talented, experienced Head Baker to take full ownership of bakery operations, producing artisan breads and high-quality bakery products at scale.

You’ll lead the bakery team, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and keep production running efficiently. Candidates currently available in the UAE are strongly preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage all bakery operations and daily production
• Supervise bakery staff and ensure efficient workflow
• Develop and produce artisan bread and high-quality bakery products
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards throughout production
• Manage high-volume production while achieving operational targets
• Train and guide team members to improve performance and consistency

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or senior bakery professional
• Strong expertise in artisan bread and bakery production
• Experience managing high-volume bakery operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Currently available in the UAE (preferred)
