Financial Accountant

Capital Round, a financial services and investment firm in Dubai, is looking for a Financial Accountant to strengthen its accounting function. This role is well-suited to a professional who takes pride in the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and is looking to develop their expertise within a focused financial services environment.

The position involves hands-on financial statement preparation, record management, and month-end activities. Candidates who hold or are pursuing professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA will stand out.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management accounts.
• Manage financial records and ensure all transactions are properly supported and documented.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyse financial data and assist in producing required reports.
• Ensure all accounting activities align with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience in financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance practices.
• ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA qualification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work to deadlines.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
