Fit-out Site Engineer

Archpix Engineering Consultants, known across Dubai and the wider MENA region for its architectural and interior design work, is looking for a skilled Fit-out Site Engineer to join its on-site team. The company blends creativity with technical precision, and this role is central to turning that vision into finished spaces.

You’ll take ownership of interior fit-out projects from execution through to handover, making sure every stage lines up with approved designs, quality expectations, timelines, and what the client actually asked for. It’s a hands-on role that calls for real UAE fit-out experience, sharp coordination skills, and comfort moving between drawings, site inspections, and client conversations.

Because fit-out work touches so many moving parts — renovation, space planning, new construction — you’ll need to juggle BOQ preparation, quantity calculations, and constant coordination with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams, all while staying current on new materials and construction methods entering the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site execution of interior fit-out projects per approved designs
• Conduct regular site inspections, flag issues, and implement timely fixes
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Review architectural drawings and technical specifications to guide construction
• Prepare and verify BOQs and quantity calculations with the project team
• Coordinate material procurement with contractors and suppliers
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to stay on track
• Communicate project updates and modifications to design and engineering teams
• Stay current on construction materials, technologies, and industry practices
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Applied Arts (Interior Design & Furniture)
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution
• Experience supervising renovation, space planning, and new interior builds
• Skilled in client meetings, plan review, and requirement fulfillment
• Experience preparing BOQs and detailed quantity calculations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with a creative approach to execution
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle to handover
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and workforce teams
