Head of Procurement

The Lab Holding is looking for an experienced, strategic Head of Procurement to join its growing hospitality group in the UAE. If you’ve built a strong background in sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations, this leadership role gives you real scope to shape procurement across the business.

You’ll lead procurement operations, build purchasing strategies, and make sure the organization gets the best value without compromising on quality — working closely with internal teams and suppliers across the hospitality group.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and overseeing procurement operations across the organization
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve efficiency and cut costs
• Negotiating contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers and vendors
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and business partners
• Monitoring procurement performance and ensuring timely purchasing activities
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement best practices
• Supporting business objectives through effective sourcing and supplier management
