A construction and contracting company is urgently hiring an HR Assistant & Admin to support its HR department in Abu Dhabi. This role suits candidates with UAE-based HR experience and strong administrative skills who are ready to handle recruitment and documentation tasks efficiently, and who are willing to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations
- Assist with CV screening, job postings, and candidate outreach
- Coordinate recruitment activities and communicate with potential candidates
- Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
- Support vendor and supplier coordination activities
- Handle documentation related to construction business operations
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks using digital tools and systems
Requirements
- 2-4 years of total experience
- Minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience (basic level)
- Experience in UAE-based construction/contracting companies is required
- Immediate joiners only, currently available in UAE
- Experience in CV screening, job postings, and candidate outreach
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an added advantage
- Good English communication and cold-calling skills
- Experience with vendor/supplier coordination
- Documentation experience in a construction business is an added advantage
- Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools that support daily tasks
- Willing to learn, adapt, and grow with the role
