A construction and contracting company is urgently hiring an HR Assistant & Admin to support its HR department in Abu Dhabi. This role suits candidates with UAE-based HR experience and strong administrative skills who are ready to handle recruitment and documentation tasks efficiently, and who are willing to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR and administrative operations
  • Assist with CV screening, job postings, and candidate outreach
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and communicate with potential candidates
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
  • Support vendor and supplier coordination activities
  • Handle documentation related to construction business operations
  • Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks using digital tools and systems

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of total experience
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience (basic level)
  • Experience in UAE-based construction/contracting companies is required
  • Immediate joiners only, currently available in UAE
  • Experience in CV screening, job postings, and candidate outreach
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an added advantage
  • Good English communication and cold-calling skills
  • Experience with vendor/supplier coordination
  • Documentation experience in a construction business is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools that support daily tasks
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and grow with the role
