A leading real estate developer in Dubai is looking to bring on an HR Officer who already knows UAE HR practices inside and out and can run the day-to-day without needing constant guidance. If onboarding, visa processing, and keeping HR documentation airtight are things you handle without breaking a sweat, this role is for you.
You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through offboarding — while keeping the company compliant with UAE Labour Law. Experience in real estate or property development is a strong plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing daily HR operations and providing administrative support
- Handling onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes
- Processing employment visas and coordinating related government procedures
- Maintaining employee records, attendance reports, and HR documentation
- Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policy
- Supporting recruitment activities and employee relations
- Juggling multiple HR responsibilities while staying accurate and confidential
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Real estate or property development background is highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple priorities
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
- Tagalog/Filipino language skills are an advantage
