Agri Ventures FZC
Agri Ventures FZC, a Dubai-based manufacturer and exporter of agrochemicals, fertilizers and crop protection products, needs a Logistics Executive / Coordinator who can keep shipments moving from origin to destination without a hitch. If you know your way around sea and air freight and don’t mind juggling multiple moving parts, this one’s for you.
You’ll manage import/export logistics end to end — booking freight, chasing documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving whatever goes sideways along the way. UAE logistics experience will help you hit the ground running.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating sea and air freight shipments from booking through delivery
- Managing import/export logistics activities
- Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents and transporters
- Preparing and following up on shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.)
- Tracking shipments and providing regular status updates
- Coordinating with suppliers, customers, warehouses and internal teams
- Obtaining and comparing freight quotations, negotiating with service providers
- Maintaining accurate shipment records and supporting customs clearance
- Monitoring ETD/ETA schedules and resolving logistics issues
What you’ll bring:
- 2–4 years of relevant logistics experience in the UAE
- Strong practical knowledge of sea and air freight operations
- Understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation
- Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines and clearing agents
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
