Nine Ventures Décor & Tableware LLC supplies bespoke hospitality products to luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and interior designers across the UAE and beyond — and they’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who can keep every order moving from first inquiry to confirmed delivery.
You’ll be the connective tissue between clients and suppliers: fielding inquiries, drafting quotations, following up until deals close, and keeping everything documented properly along the way. Anyone who enjoys juggling details without dropping the ball will thrive here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling client inquiries by phone and email professionally
- Understanding client requirements, specs, quantities and delivery timelines
- Coordinating with clients and suppliers for smooth order processing
- Preparing accurate quotations and keeping sales documentation current
- Following up consistently until orders are confirmed
- Issuing Local Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Maintaining strong client relationships and supporting daily sales operations
What you’ll bring:
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar role (mandatory)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Sharp attention to detail and solid organisational ability
- Good negotiation skills and comfort working independently
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Background in hospitality supplies, hotel procurement, or FF&E is a plus
- Fluent English; Hindi is an advantage
