BNBC Contracting
BNBC Contracting is expanding its Dubai team and needs a Site Engineer who can keep a construction site running like clockwork. If you’re the type who catches issues before they become problems and can keep multiple stakeholders aligned, this role is worth a look.
You’ll be hands-on managing daily site operations, making sure everything is built to spec, on schedule, and within HSE requirements. Candidates with solid UAE construction experience will settle into this role quickly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising and coordinating daily construction activities on site
- Making sure work matches approved drawings, specifications and schedules
- Coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams
- Monitoring progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Preparing site reports and keeping project documentation accurate
- Spotting and resolving technical or site-related issues quickly
- Making sure the site stays compliant with HSE requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2–5 years of site engineering experience
- UAE construction experience is mandatory
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and hit project deadlines
