Junior Accountant

Boilen Energy is growing its finance team in Dubai and wants a detail-oriented Junior Accountant who’s ready to build a solid accounting foundation. This full-time role is a great fit if you already have hands-on Odoo ERP experience and enjoy the day-to-day rhythm of accurate financial record-keeping.

You’ll support daily accounting operations, help keep the books clean, and pitch in on reporting — a role built for someone eager to grow their career in accounting within the energy sector.

What you’ll be doing

• Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions accurately
• Preparing invoices, processing payments, and running account reconciliations
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assisting with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
• Keeping accounting records accurate using Odoo ERP
• Supporting the finance team day-to-day and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory)
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills
