Junior Accountant

Boilen Energy is on the hunt for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its growing Dubai team. This role is a solid fit for someone with a good grounding in financial principles who wants to build their career using modern accounting systems.

You’ll support daily accounting operations, keep records accurate, process invoices and payments, and help with reporting — hands-on Odoo ERP experience will help you hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing

• Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions accurately
• Preparing invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assisting with monthly closing procedures and financial reports
• Keeping accounting records accurate in Odoo ERP
• Supporting the finance team with daily accounting operations
• Ensuring proper documentation and organization of financial records

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills
