Combuzz HR Solutions is growing its Dubai Silicon Oasis team and needs a Junior PRO Typist with hands-on UAE visa processing experience.
You’ll manage visa applications and government documentation through official UAE portals, supporting the company’s HR, immigration, and workforce services. This is a five-day-a-week role and immediate joiners are preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Process UAE visa applications and related government paperwork accurately
- Handle immigration and PRO-related admin tasks
- Manage applications through relevant UAE government portals
- Keep documentation timely and compliant with regulations
- Support HR and immigration operations with accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with internal teams on employee documentation
What you’ll bring:
- UAE experience in visa processing
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Arabic (reading, writing, and typing)
- Strong attention to detail with documentation
- Availability to join immediately is preferred
