Manager (Taxation & Audit)

AY Chartered Accountants is looking for a qualified Manager Taxation & Audit to join its expanding UAE team, leading audit and taxation assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

You’ll bring strong technical expertise in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, transfer pricing, and e-invoicing, while also managing client relationships and leading the team to deliver high-quality financial services.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage taxation and audit assignments for clients across various industries
• Provide expert guidance on UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and direct and indirect taxation
• Oversee financial accounting, auditing, and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and UAE financial reporting requirements
• Support transfer pricing activities and maintain related documentation
• Manage e-invoicing processes and ERP system implementations
• Lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver consistently high-quality work

What you’ll bring:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory)
• Strong UAE taxation experience across VAT and Corporate Tax
• Expertise in financial auditing, IFRS, and transfer pricing
• Experience with e-invoicing and ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
