Repair Plus in Dubai is hiring a hands-on MEP Technician with specialist HVAC skills to join its facility management and home maintenance team. This is a field-based role with real ownership — you will be the expert on-site, keeping systems running and customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, service, and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC systems including split, ducted split, package units, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive corrective maintenance.
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks as needed.
- Diagnose faults accurately and deliver effective, lasting repair solutions.
- Uphold company safety standards and maintenance procedures on every job.
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship while keeping customer satisfaction front of mind.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Facility management or home maintenance background is preferred.
- Valid UAE Manual Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Able to work independently with strong customer service skills.
- Immediate joiners given preference.
