Mid-Level Project Manager

A growing and ambitious interior design studio in Dubai is looking for an experienced and hands-on Mid-Level Project Manager to take full ownership of the delivery of premium workplace fit-out projects across the UAE. This is a highly operational role for a seasoned fit-out professional with deep UAE project management experience who thrives on seeing complex, detail-intensive projects progress from mobilisation through to a flawless final handover.

You’ll be the central point of coordination between clients, consultants, design teams, and contractors — managing schedules, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. If you bring 8–10 years of UAE interior fit-out experience, a PMP mindset, and the kind of attention to detail that luxury clients expect, this studio wants to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior fit-out projects from initial site mobilisation through design coordination, construction supervision, snagging, and successful final handover to the client.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, specialist contractors, and all project stakeholders — managing expectations, communications, and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, material procurement timelines, and quality standards, intervening proactively when deviations are identified.
• Ensure seamless day-to-day coordination between the interior design team, technical consultants, MEP contractors, and main site contractors.
• Supervise on-site construction progress, conduct regular site inspections, identify issues early, and resolve challenges efficiently to prevent programme delays.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, RFIs, submittals, variation orders, and meeting minutes in line with company standards.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations for quality and finish.

Requirements & Skills:

• 8–10 years of project management experience specifically in interior fit-out — UAE project management experience is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design from a recognised institution.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and MS Project for scheduling and programme management.
• Currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle for site visits.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced design and build environment.
• PMP certification is a valued advantage and will strengthen your application significantly.
