Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle client communications through phone calls and email
  • Prepare and process corporate documents and applications
  • Coordinate with UAE government authorities and free zones
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper document filing
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate services team

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of office administration experience (corporate services experience is an advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
