A corporate services company in Dubai is looking for a proactive, organized Office Administrator to join its team. This role suits candidates who enjoy managing administrative operations in a professional, fast-paced setting, and candidates with corporate services experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle client communications through phone calls and email
- Prepare and process corporate documents and applications
- Coordinate with UAE government authorities and free zones
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper document filing
- Provide administrative support to the corporate services team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of office administration experience (corporate services experience is an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
