A construction and civil infrastructure company is hiring an experienced Supervisor for its Dewatering & Piling Division to support ongoing projects in Dubai. This role fits professionals with extensive UAE experience in dewatering, piling, and large-scale infrastructure works, who can lead site teams and keep operations aligned with project standards and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dewatering and piling activities on project sites
- Manage site manpower and coordinate efficient work schedules
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to keep execution on track
- Monitor dewatering systems, piling operations, shoring, and excavation support works
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality requirements
- Support infrastructure projects involving roads, bridges, tunnels, underpasses, and utility works
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in dewatering and piling works
- Mandatory experience on Dubai infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of dewatering systems, piling, shoring, and excavation support works
- Experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, underpasses, and utilities
- Able to supervise site operations, manage manpower, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors
- Good understanding of HSE standards and quality requirements
- UAE experience is essential
