WHSmith is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join its retail team at Abu Dhabi Airport and Hospital locations. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising and stock management
- Keep the store clean and ensure products are displayed professionally
- Work collaboratively with the team to hit store objectives
- Follow company policies and maintain strong service standards at all times
Requirements
- Graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail, F&B, or Hospitality (retail experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer applications
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules
