We are hiring an office assistance (female), who will be providing administration support including delivering mail, organizing courier services, ordering office supplies, preparing, booking, shipping packages and other administration/secretarial duties.
- Providing administration support including delivering mail, organizing courier services, ordering office supplies, preparing, booking, shipping packages and other administration/secretarial duties.
- Act as the first point of contact for all clients on a daily basis
- Handling customer queries and disputes.
- Improve customer satisfaction across channels.
- Increase client retention by meeting and exceeding client needs
- Provide a resource for clients seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services and amenities are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.
- Highly visible and ready to assist clients as and when needs arise with a flexible and helpful approach.
Key Criteria Essential
- Minimum of 1 experience in customer service/sales or e-commerce.
- Previous work experience within a customer service focused position.
- Proven organisation skills ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Professional communication skills.
