    We are hiring an office assistance (female), who will be providing administration support including delivering mail, organizing courier services, ordering office supplies, preparing, booking, shipping packages and other administration/secretarial duties.

    • Providing administration support including delivering mail, organizing courier services, ordering office supplies, preparing, booking, shipping packages and other administration/secretarial duties.
    • Act as the first point of contact for all clients on a daily basis
    • Handling customer queries and disputes.
    • Improve customer satisfaction across channels.
    • Increase client retention by meeting and exceeding client needs
    • Provide a resource for clients seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services and amenities are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.
    • Highly visible and ready to assist clients as and when needs arise with a flexible and helpful approach.

    Key Criteria Essential

    • Minimum of 1 experience in customer service/sales or e-commerce.
    • Previous work experience within a customer service focused position.
    • Proven organisation skills ability to prioritise and multi-task.
    • Professional communication skills.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
