Gulf Education is currently seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter to support its hiring and talent acquisition activities in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with recruitment experience and a passion for identifying, attracting, and connecting talented professionals with suitable career opportunities.

The successful candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the overall recruitment process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Schedule interviews and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Assist in attracting qualified talent for current and future vacancies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and hiring practices.
  • Previous experience in candidate sourcing and screening is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage recruitment activities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with online job portals, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and networking will be an advantage.
  • Immediate availability will be preferred.
