A growing Oil & Gas company based in Sharjah is seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join its administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating visitors, and supporting general office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Assist with administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Support internal departments with administrative requirements and documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between visitors, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain visitor records and manage front-office documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for the company.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience handling visitors, telephone systems, and office coordination activities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous UAE experience will be preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
