Key Responsibilities
- Drive residential and commercial property sales across the UAE market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Conduct property presentations, client consultations, and sales negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to successful deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, new property developments, and investment opportunities.
- Build and expand a strong professional network within the real estate industry.
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding property investments and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client relationship management data.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, developer sales, or a combination of these sectors.
- Strong professional network and market presence within the UAE real estate industry.
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales pipeline.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market and investment landscape.
