Perfection Metal UAE is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify sales opportunities within the steel, metal fabrication, and construction sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Promote the company’s steel products, fabrication services, and project-related solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales agreements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth project execution and customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer information.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in steel, metal, fabrication, or construction sales.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred.
• Strong client network within the UAE construction and steel industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license will be preferred.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
