CC7 is expanding its Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team and is seeking experienced and motivated Safety Officers and Safety Engineers to join its ongoing EPC projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures across project sites.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, client requirements, and company HSE policies.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to eliminate workplace risks.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs for site personnel.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and workers to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and safe work practices.
- Support emergency response planning and safety improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven HSE experience within EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial projects.
- Previous EPC project experience will be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.
