Azizi Developments, one of Dubai’s prominent real estate developers, is urgently looking for a Personal / Executive Assistant to support its senior management team. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role that demands exceptional organizational ability, discretion, and the kind of polish that comes with real executive support experience.

The ideal candidate is a native Tagalog speaker with strong English, can juggle shifting priorities without missing a beat, and is comfortable stepping outside standard working hours when leadership needs it.

What You Will Handle:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and handle all forms of correspondence.
  • Arrange international travel, process visa applications, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Draft meeting agendas, capture minutes, and chase down action items.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior management, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive documents, confidential reports, and business communications with care.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative backup to top-level management on a daily basis.

Who Fits This Role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
  • UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
  • Native Tagalog speaker with excellent English; Arabic is a bonus.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational instincts, and a commitment to full confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when required.
