Procurement Executive

Kemipex, a chemical trading company in Dubai, is hiring a Procurement Executive to take ownership of its sourcing and supply chain activities. This is a hands-on procurement role well-suited to professionals who enjoy vendor negotiations, cross-functional coordination, and driving efficiency across the purchasing cycle.

The role spans strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, inventory planning, and compliance — all within a technically driven environment that values analytical thinking and initiative.

What the Job Involves:

• Run end-to-end procurement — from vendor identification and RFQ management through to purchase orders and delivery tracking.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and track vendor performance.
• Contribute to strategic sourcing plans, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development on procurement-related matters.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, analyse purchasing trends, and produce dashboards and reports.
• Drive compliance with procurement policies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
