United Furniture Co. is looking for dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executives to join its furniture retail team across the UAE. If furniture and home décor genuinely excite you and you love creating great customer experiences, this role gives you room to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
You’ll help customers find the right pieces, hit sales targets, and build lasting relationships with clients while staying on top of the latest décor trends.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping customers select furniture and home décor products based on their needs
- Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to overall store performance
- Providing excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable products
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying current on furniture and décor trends
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives
What you’ll bring
- Retail sales experience, ideally in furniture or home décor
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently hit sales goals
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
