A growing multi-branch trading business in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and monitor accounting operations across its branches, with strong ERP expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily accounting entries submitted by all branches.
- Supervise and provide support to branch accountants and data entry operators.
- Verify cash books, bank reconciliations, sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain financial accuracy across branches.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong experience with ERP software; Odoo experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in trading, import/export, or multi-branch businesses preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
