Senior Consultant (Data & Agentic AI (DataU3))

DataU3 is once again seeking a talented, driven, and intellectually curious Senior Consultant – Data & Agentic AI to join its growing Data and AI consulting practice in Dubai. As demand for enterprise AI transformation surges across the UAE and GCC, DataU3 is expanding its team of specialists who can help organisations harness the full power of modern data platforms, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge Agentic and Generative AI technologies to fundamentally reimagine how they operate.

This is not a passive advisory role — you’ll be an active contributor to shaping and delivering AI transformation initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery workshops and solution architecture through to client presentations and implementation roadmaps. You’ll work with senior decision-makers across some of the region’s most prominent organisations, building DataU3’s reputation as the go-to partner for Data and AI excellence in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and support enterprise Data & AI transformation engagements, covering Data Strategy, Data Management, Advanced Analytics, Data Governance, and Agentic AI solution design.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, business requirements sessions, and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand client challenges and co-design actionable, scalable Data & AI solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts and AI architectures into clear, compelling narratives for executive and non-technical audiences through presentations, business cases, and solution blueprints.
• Provide specialist expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and enterprise AI platform selection (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
• Recommend and design modern cloud-based data platform architectures suited to clients’ technical maturity, data volumes, and business objectives.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to a standard of excellence that drives repeat engagement and referrals.
• Support DataU3’s business development activities by contributing to proposals, RFP responses, thought leadership content, and client presentations.

Requirements & Skills:

• 3–4 years of consulting experience within a reputable consulting firm, technology advisory practice, or systems integrator.
• Strong, demonstrable expertise in Data Management, Data Analytics, Data Governance, or enterprise AI — ideally across two or more of these disciplines.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG frameworks, or enterprise AI platforms is highly valued and will differentiate your application.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills — this is a highly visible, client-facing role.
• Strong documentation and deliverable development skills: presentations, business cases, architecture diagrams, and project plans.
• Professional certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI, or Data platforms are preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage for client engagement across the UAE and GCC.
• Previous UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
